Coaching

It isn't what happened to you. It's what you still believe about it.

Heartbreak, a separation you haven't put down, a couple at a standstill, the same story with a different person. This is where we work on that — honestly, and at your pace.

Who this is for

I'm a certified coach, not a therapist. If what you're carrying needs therapy, I'll tell you plainly and help you find the right person.

How I work

Most of what hurts isn't the event. It's the sentence we've wrapped around it — he left because I wasn't enough, I always choose badly, it's too late for me. We look at those sentences directly, and we ask whether they are true.

1

We name it

What actually happened, and what you've been telling yourself since. They're rarely the same thing.

2

We question it

Not to be positive. To find out what's true — and what you've been carrying that was never yours.

3

We put it down

Grief, anger, guilt — felt fully rather than managed. That's what allows the next chapter to be different.

4

We rebuild

Your values, your boundaries, what you'll no longer negotiate. Clear, and in your own words.

The programmes

All sessions are online, one to one, and last about an hour.

A single session

€85

For a specific question, a decision you can't make alone, or simply to see how we work together.

The Reset — six weeks

€490

Six weekly sessions on one goal: putting down a separation, rebuilding confidence, breaking a pattern. Short enough to commit to, long enough to work.

Payable in two instalments if easier.

Monthly

€340

Four sessions a month, ongoing, no fixed end. For deeper work, or for a couple's situation that needs time.

Not sure which one? Book a short conversation and we'll decide together. If I'm not the right person, I'll say so.

Before you meet someone

Ready for Love is my preparation course — six modules and twenty-five exercises you can work through on your own, at your own pace.

It covers your values, the patterns you repeat, what you may still be carrying, and how to say what you actually need.
